ABOUT this CASITA ARIZONA - Chandler:
The house has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms.
- Main Bedroom (the “Audrey Hepburn” room): A King-size bed with a large walk-in closet and a Smart TV. It contains a large ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a spectacular and very large standing shower with two shower heads. This bedroom has direct access to the backyard and swimming pool.
- 2nd Bedroom (the “Blue" room): It has a Full over Full Bunk Bed and a Trundle bed. When this bed is pulled out, you have a perfect place for keeping all the kids together. In total, this room can accommodate up to 5 guests. The room has an enclosed ceiling fan.
- 3rd Bedroom (the "Yellow" room): It has a Queen size bed with a trundle bed. This bedroom fits 2 or 3 guests (by moving the queen bed and rolling out the trundle bed). It has a ceiling fan and a Smart TV.
- 4th Bedroom (the “Green" room): This room offers two separated TWIN beds and a Trundle bed. It can fit up to 3 guests.
About the 2 Bathrooms:
The unit contains 2 Full Bathrooms (all towels are provided).
- The first bathroom is in the hallway and features a bathtub.
- The second bathroom is inside the Master Bedroom and features a very large standing shower with two shower heads [see photos]
The Living Room:
The living room has very tall ceilings. It features a real fireplace and has a Sofa bed that can accommodate two guests. French doors open nicely to the shaded patio and the swimming pool. The dining table can accommodate 8 guests. In addition, the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for a total of 12 dining seats.
The Private Patio, Backyard, and Swimming Pool:
This Casita features a very large backyard. It has an excellent swimming pool. The Swimming Pool is not heated. We provide pool towels. Next to the swimming pool, you will find a large pergola for additional shade, with pool chairs, a BBQ grill, and a round outdoor table with 2 chairs. The covered patio has an outdoor table with 6 chairs and an outdoor gas fire pit with 2 chairs.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the Swimming Pool is not fenced. The access doors to the swimming pool follow city regulations: Living Room access door is self-closing and has a second handle higher than 54". The Main Bedroom sliding door has a door pool alarm.

GARAGE and PARKING and RV/Trailer parking:
The Casita has an enclosed 2-car garage. Plus, it features parking for a large 35' Motor Home, RV, boat, trailer, or simply additional cars. The driveway can easily hold 3 cars.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
The property has a security camera or recording device on the front porch and one on top of the garage facing the driveway. They will be on during your stay. There are no security cameras inside the property.
LINENS: We provide freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishes, dishwasher, and hand soap for short stays.
LAUNDRY ROOM: It includes a large-size Washer and Dryer.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: (additional house rules in Rental Agreement)
NO SHOES in the house: All shoes are to be kept in the shoe rack either in the garage or the one next to the main door.
NO PETS ALLOWED: We are diligent to inform about our strict "no pets" policy – no animals of any kind. There are no exceptions, so please don't ask. To ensure compliance, immediately after guests depart, all floors and furniture are inspected with UV light to clearly expose any pet urine. Evidence of pets at the property will result in an automatic charge of a $500 fine from the Security Deposit.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are automatically provided the rental agreement with their reservation and with their acceptance of the reservation they are accepting the terms, conditions, and waivers of the rental agreement.
BED AND LINEN ACCOMMODATIONS: We arrange the beds and provide towels in accordance with the number of guests under each reservation.
TOWELS: Please do not use the regular bath towels for cleaning objects, hair dye, or make-up removal. We have provided cleaning cloths under each bathroom sink, the laundry room, and the kitchen sink. These are in case you need a cloth to clean shoes, boots, or objects. Please note that any linen found with major stains that are not removed with a single cleaning cycle will be deducted from the Security Deposit. No exceptions.
BBQ GRILL: If used, the BBQ grill needs to be returned in clean condition (please note that the cleaning fee does not cover cleaning the BBQ Grill). If BBQ Grill is found unclean there will be an automatic charge of $30 via VRBO payment request.

From the driveway, you have a flat concrete path (with the standard expansion joints) all the way to the front door. At the main door, you will find the normal/standard step to get into the unit. Inside the house the floor is flat. No steps of any kind. All floor is covered in tiles with no carpets. Contact us if you would like to receive photos of all rooms, and clearance areas with measurements.
