Positive: It was near the beach, good price, and good space.

Negative: There was ants on 2 beds and the kitchen. House was infested with ants. My guest were bitten by various ants. There was ants across the whole house. Only 2 bed were usable, but even then there was many ants on the floor. We tried to kill them, but they kept coming out.
