Heating is provided by a gas boiler with radiators in all the rooms, so this a very warm and cosy van. Near By... This lovely holiday caravan is just a few paces stroll to a sweeping sandy beach, where you can watch spectacular sunsets and regularly spot dolphins. Tywyn beach enjoys spectacular views towards Bardsey Island and The Llyn Peninsula. The caravan is only a 10-minute walk to Tywyn's High Street with all amenities including a Monday market, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema, the world famous Tal-y-llyn Railway and more. If you haven't visited this part of Wales before, this lovely, reasonably priced caravan is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales and the stunning countryside. Whether you are looking for adventure or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is on the doorstep with the stunning Cader Idris only a 20-minute drive from the site.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £200 applies to every booking and cleaning fee of £49. Where a one week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY. The electric and gas is included in the rental cost. Please bring your own king size and single size bedding and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided but no sheets, duvet covers or pillowslips. We have a travel cot and high chair. Sorry, we do not accept pets. It is the guests responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking.
