Our recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath retreat boasts brand new LVP flooring throughout & the design, finishes & layout of each room provide a space of rest & renewal. The master bedroom is accentuated by a Duxiana king size bed & a 43” Roku TV mounted on the wall.
The spacious kitchen has all new appliances & is fully equipped to cater to the whims of even the most discerning home chef. A second refrigerator in the garage provides plenty of cold storage space. The whole house water softener/conditioner provides delicious odor free showers & the reverse osmosis system for drinking water eliminates the need for bottled water.
The great room next to the kitchen has a comfortable Arhaus sectional sofa that reclines at the push of a button & also boasts a 55” LG OLED TV with a state-of-the-art surround sound system with Klipsch speakers & a subwoofer for theatre quality movie night. Roku TV offers unlimited viewing options.
Step outside to a beautiful backyard that offers the serenity & beauty of canyon living. Postcard quality sunrises add to the joy of early morning coffee. A fully equipped Weber gas grill & Kettler table tennis enhance your time outside.
