Positive: The location , easy access to where we want to be .
Negative: The smell of the dampness in the building with no fresh air circulation. The pool was not maintained and hence not used. The management of the property can be handled better with attention to detail for such high prices one expects at least curtesy and better communication skills. It’s ok to show the pretty stuff but the real reality to the eye is different if you look at the details and it was not less price paid . You charge high and deliver less . Normally I chose not to rate cause we never had such a welcome like this in this area. And didn’t want to spoil our long deserved break . When you know guests are arriving even the tv should be on working order . Not to take away from the travel time of guests . It’s no point to show the bedrooms and bath show what it really looks like The pool has fungi bacterial in it which is also harmful with broken tiles and broken rims . The dampness in the rooms meant we had to endure 7 nights with this smell and the same damp smell in the lounge which we Could not use. We kept all the windows open as much as possible weather pending during our stay in order to try to get fresh air circulation in. If one is going to call it a Villa one also has to ensure it really looks and feels like a Villa . Thank you for the understanding.
