Gleichwohl gibt es Kritikpunkte: Eine bessere Beschreibung des Anfahrtsweges wäre gut, weil die Hausnummer 16 an einem schwer auffindbaren Stichweg liegt. Die Zuwegung selbst besteht aus einem mit Schlaglöchern übersäten Feldweg, der durch eine Kleingartenanlage geht. Insofern ist auch das Umfeld nicht sehr attraktiv. Negativ zu bewerten ist zudem, dass es sowohl per WLAN als auch über Mobilfunknetze in dem Haus nur sporadisch möglich war, eine Internetverbindung herzustellen. Wer hier auf das Internet angewiesen ist kann nur verzweifeln. Ungünstig ist auch, dass der Schlüssel in dem ca. 8km entfernten Büro vom PAS abzuholen und wieder abzuliefern ist.
