Bright, light and airy, this beautiful home awaits the vacationer seeking luxurious surroundings, view of the water and privacy with your own scenic pond right on the property. A Large 14x24 screened in porch looks out over this jewel of water which houses the occasional swan, geese and various wildlife. There are many views of Ninigret Pond and on a clear day, views of Block Island are right off your front deck. Our gourmet kitchen and butler's pantry provide lots of kitchen must haves. There is a separate laundry room, complete with pull-down ironing board. The bedrooms are situated for total privacy one bedroom and one full bath on each level makes it great for multi-generational guests or adult couples. Two have sliders that lead to a small deck for morning coffee or that glass of wine to accompany a beautiful sunset. You have three full floors of living space. First floor sitting room has a pull-out couch with a luxurious airbed and pillow top that makes it feel just like a 'real' mattress. You will not be disappointed with the private views from the upper level bath's whirlpool, and there is an additional whirlpool in the first floor bath. The upper sitting area boasts a fireplace, separate wet bar, built-in desk area and relaxing, built-in reading bench that overlooks a wooded backyard. There is a third floor deck located just off the third floor sitting area. You can follow the sun all day long, as there are decks and patios from every direction. This special home is located just three doors back from Ninigret Pond and less than a mile from Charlestown Beach. It is a great choice for beach lovers, or for the vacationers who want to come home and relax in the lap of luxury after a day of sightseeing or soaking up the sun.
