Newly renovated in 2021 with new floors, new appliances, and new furniture. This is a lovely 1600 square feet, 4 Bedroom, and 3 bath home. Large decks and comfortable sitting areas for amazing sunsets overlooking the beautiful Yacht Basin in Carolina Beach. One boat slip available, and the owner discretely uses the boatlift for their own personal use. Fishing off the dock.
The Floating Dock is 24’, but can easily accommodate 30’ or slightly larger.
