The home offers 5 unique outdoor areas and a unique floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom en-suite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for enjoying meals and hanging out. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with a vanity. A huge deck with an outdoor fireplace is located off of the master suite with guest access from the stair-top. The property includes full access to WIFI and cable TV.
