Positive: The stay is surrounded by rice paddies on almost all sides which makes for a good morning view. There is an uninterrupted view of Mount Agung and the sunrise on a clear day from Room 1 balcony which is mind-blowing. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is big and clean. Our room had two balconies which I loved. The pool area is small but looked clean, did not get a chance to use it though. They serve good proper breakfast in the room and even went beyond of serving it at 7 AM in the morning to accommodate our schedule. The staff is friendly and is always available for help, even at odd hours.
Negative: The entrance to the stay is a narrow 30m lane beside a Indomaret which you are bound to miss. There are no restaurants on site so either you will have to cook or get a delivery via Grab. The stay itself is about 15 km from the city center so Grab delivery charges are a little extra. A couple of suggestions for the room - a full length mirror and the convenience location of the charging points would have been nice.
