This beautifully finished home is a unique space that provides the ultimate short term experience while you visit Calgary. Upon arriving at our property you will be impressed with the brand new stucco finish to the exterior of the home, and that’s just the beginning.
Step inside and be wowed by the luxurious finishes throughout, from gorgeous light fixtures, to the custom glass railings on the stairs, this space was designed and remodeled from top to bottom to wow our guests.
The quality of our home isn’t the only part that will impress. This property is professionally managed by one of the city’s top short term rental management companies, and after each checkout the entire place is professionally cleaned, inspected, and sanitized to ensure we uphold the very best in safety and health standards.

ENTRY WAY
After checking yourself in through the smartlock on our front door, step inside to our welcoming entryway which provides ample room to take of your shoes and make yourself feel at home. Straight ahead you’ll find a closet where you can store your shoes, jackets and coats, and of course we provide hangers for you too!
LIVING ROOM
On the main level you will find the first of two living rooms in this home. This space boasts a large bay window in the center of the room along with two more windows to the side which provide for tons of natural sunlight, and the view of the golf course across the street is pretty nice too!
This living room space is completed with two comfortable sofas so you can relax and enjoy our 50” TV which comes with Telus Optik TV services. The Optik TV comes with premium cable and streaming apps like Netflix and Crave so all you have to do is log into your account to enjoy your favourite shows and movies. Comfort and convenience have never been combined more efficiently than in our home, and we can’t wait for you to book your stay with us so you can enjoy the best short term stay that Calgary has to offer!
DINING AREA
From the living room you’ll walk up the short stairway into the dining area. The sleek glass railings on these stairs provide a classic feeling to the home which also maintain the stylish and modern vibe – you have to experience this space for yourself!
We have a stylish dining table along with 4 chairs so you can comfortably sit down to enjoy a meal with your group. At the half island in the kitchen you will find an additional 4 bar stools which provide even more space to sit down to eat – these combined eating areas allow for a group of any size to comfortably sit down together.
In the corner of the dining area opposite the table you will find 2 more comfy lounge chairs along with a tray table. This is the perfect space to relax and enjoy a coffee or your favourite beverage. The open space of the dining area, along with plenty of seating options, make this an incredible spot to gather with friends and family to cook, eat, play games, or simply hang out and make new memories!
KITCHEN
The kitchen of this home has been completely remodeled and is a truly stunning space. Gorgeous white cabinetry throughout make this an eye opener that brings a remarkably luxurious ambiance. Brand new appliances, counter tops, and light fixtures are just a few more of the additions that cap off this elegant space.
However, our kitchen is much more than just a sparkling sight. This is also a fully stocked space that comes with everything you could need while spending time in the kitchen. Pots and pans along with cooking utensils are provided so you can feel free to cook up your favourite meal, and of course we also provide matching plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and anything else you could need. We even provide cooking oil and condiments!
HALF BATHROOM
The half bathroom is located directly off the dining area. This bathroom has been completed with brand new toilet, new vanity and mirror. Every part of this home has been remodeled to perfection for our guests, right down to the minor details of the bathrooms.
MASTER BEDROOM
Down the stairs from the main entryway and to the right is where you will find the spacious master bedroom. This room comes with a gorgeous king size bed, fitted with a brand new Bamboo Eurotop mattress. This extremely comfy mattress is complete with fresh linens and soft pillows so you can enjoy a truly blissful sleep. This stylish bed also has matching nightstands and lamps on each side which allow for the perfect reading light before bed.
In front of the bed you will find tons of closet space with two double closets which connect behind the wall to make this a unique space that will be sure to fit any luggage of yours. We also keep lots of hangers stocked so you can easily store your belongings.
At the opposite end of this large bedroom you will find a stylish and comfy futon along with a coffee table. This multi purpose space can be used in any way you please – simply enjoy the extra space of having a lounging area in your bedroom, or fold down the futon to make it an additional bed which can comfortably sleep two more people.
BEDROOM 2
Across the hall from the master bedroom is where you will find our second bedroom. This room is furnished with a comfy queen size bed, the mattress is a Bamboo Eurotop mattress that you’ll absolutely love as you sink into it and drift off to dream land.
Beside this cozy bed is a nightstand and lamp, the lamp comes with a usb outlet so all you’ll have to do is plug in your cord to charge your devices. After every stay our beds are stripped and have freshly washed linens put on so you can be comfortable and confident while taking in the rest you need.
There is a large closet in this bedroom which comes with lots of hangers so you can easily store your clothing. There’s also a window above the bed in case you’d like to open it up for some natural sunlight in the room.
FULL BATHROOM
The full bathroom of this home can be found on the same level as the master bedroom and second bedroom. This space has been fully renovated with brand new finishings including new toilet, vanity, and mirror.
This bathroom is complete with an impressive walk in shower that is as functional as it is stunning. Beautiful tile from top to bottom is a luxury in any bathroom, and the stylish glass doors make walking in and out of this shower as smooth and easy as can be.
No matter the size of your group, the location and design of this bathroom will be sure to accommodate your needs so everyone enjoys a relaxing and sanitary visit while staying with us. And we even provide complimentary shampoo and body wash!
LIVING ROOM 2 / BEDROOM 3
This amazingly unique home continues with ANOTHER level down below. You’ll be amazed at the ingenuity of this house to create such dynamic spaces for our guests to enjoy.
On this bottom level of the home you will find a second living room which is a splendid multi purpose space as well. There’s another TV which is equipped with Telus Optik TV so you can channel surf or log into your Netflix or Crave account to enjoy your favourite movies and shows.
The comfy sectional in this room also doubles as another sleeping space. Pull out the bottom and lift it up to find a surprisingly large area that can comfortably sleep 2 more people. This spot is also perfect for kicking up your feet and lounging while you enjoy our complementary premium TV. There’s even a mini foosball table in this room for some fun and games!
Across from the sectional in this room is where you will find our dedicated office space. This desk is equipped with a lamp that provides the perfect lighting for getting your work done.
LAUNDRY
Laundry machines are located in the laundry room off of the second living room in the basement. We provide complimentary detergent so you can feel free to wash your clothing at anytime during your stay. This room also comes with a iron and ironing board for your convenience.
PATIO/BACKYARD
During the warmer months the back patio and backyard are more amazing spaces to enjoy your time. The back patio can be accessed through the sliding glass doors in the rear of the kitchen. Relax out here and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the surprisingly nice nature vibe while only being 2 minutes outside of the downtown core.
The stairs down from the patio lead to the backyard which has tons of space. Stay tuned closer to the summer as we always add tons of new features in the warmer months like fireplaces, games and a pool!
