It is 10 minutes to Downtown Columbus and the Arena District, 12 minutes to the Short North arts district, 15 minutes to Ohio State Campus and Stadium and only 20 minutes to shopping at Easton Town Center.
Recently fully renovated, 266 offers you exclusive use of one whole side of a 1925 built traditional duplex. There are three great bedrooms, a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The front porch is accessed by a short flight of steps and there is a small, shared yard at the back.
There is ample free parking on the street out front.
