Updated kitchen, air conditioning, new washer/dryer, updated bathrooms, HDTV in each room, WIFI high speed internet, and tastefully decorated. Very private patio setting with wooded view and beautiful landscaping; with gas grill and outdoor seating. Constantly updated: Flooring and bath in 2021. Straight staircase with mounted HDTV and sound bar, new furniture in 2022. Master bedroom new furniture, flooring, paint, and AC in 2023. New loft carpet in 2024.
