Summary: The staff were all very nice and helpful except room cleaning staff. The cleaner never mop the floor, so the floor was dusty with full of someone’s hair. Also, they never replenish instant coffee and tea bags. They just made a bed and empty a waste bin. The service standard of room cleaning needs to be improved. Other than that, the hotel facilities were fabulous and enjoyed my stay.
