Summary: We are long time visitors of St. Tropez and stayed in many rentals. As a couple, this flat is great. 2 bedrooms with equal bedroom/bathroom space. Big closets! Decorated in pleasing aesthetic. Vaulted ceilings throughout. Full length mirrors (often forgotten in rentals). Short walk to town. Tons of towels! Washer/drier in one. Drying rack. Flat does n’t face sun so cool plus aircon. On-site parking. Gated pleasant garden and shutters lock. Great Wi-Fi. Lovely flat for 2 couples for a short stay or for a couple with a child. Street parking on a busy road. SUV not suited and you can’t park inside the gate although there is room. No dining table (nowhere to eat other than sofa at the coffee table). Bar is raised two steps so the bar stools which are normal sized are too short for eating. No oven but combi microwave so you can heat things but you could not make a pizza. Otherwise the kitchen well appointed with pans, glasses/cutlery. Bin very small for the kitchen. We used the cleaning bucket and used the two small kitchen ones in each bathroom. No toaster or kettle. Beds are small queens/double so quite small for two adults but comfortable. Kings could fit. Shower in the green room has a water heater above making shower head too low. Outside table bench is not supported so could break. With a few improvements mentioned and table lamps and side tables plus a picture or two in the sitting room this place could be even better. Would return to this property happily.
