Summary: Location is diagonal from a popular drug dealing area, so make sure you conceal carry. Home is fenced in and has locked gate so that was good. The house has a a/c window unit and central air and heat was not working per property manager. There is a heater in the room to the left in the wall that comes on automatically and cannot be turned off at all. This property has German roaches do make sure you leave your stuff outside for days before putting back into your home. The home seemed like it was remodeled but the workmanship is terrible and there are visible holes in the ceiling, walls and open cracks all over the home. The kitchen was outdated and skipped during the remodel. No outlet in the bathroom to plug any appliances into. Decor was awesome and nice. Living room area was cool, especially the TV. You get what you pay for and it’s actually over priced due to all the issues stated.
