Our private light-filled, 500-SF home features a spacious living room, laundry facilities, and ample free street parking. Here's what you can expect:
WITHIN A 10-MIN WALK. Just a 5-minute walk away is the Modoc Nature Preserve, offering stunning mountain views and sunset moments. Another 2-minute walk will deliver you to our local retail filled with restaurants, a coffee shop, a yoga studio, a gym, vintage shopping, and more.
WITHIN A 10-MIN DRIVE. From the home you're a short drive from the Channel Islands National Park ferry and downtown Santa Barbara, including golf courses, wedding venues, and the beach; with a short 15-minute drive to UCSB.
LOCATION. Ideally located near the 101, and 154 and centrally located to all the main wedding venues in town.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY. A welcoming space for families, equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay--Beach gear like a wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, volleyballs, beach bag, cooler, sun hats, and more. The space is also outfitted with a pack-n-play crib, a high chair, kids' and baby utensils, and books. Smart TV offers a variety of family-friendly viewing options, while bikes are available for scenic rides along the bike path.
PET FRIENDLY. Your furry friends are welcome here with a fenced yard to keep them safe and happy. There is a one-time $50 pet fee per pet
KITCHEN. Embrace your inner chef in our gourmet kitchen. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, high-speed blender, toaster, water filtration pitcher, and even a popcorn maker. Whether it's a Keurig brew or a French press creation, your perfect cup of coffee awaits.
LIVING ROOM. The heart of Boho House, where double French doors open to a lush garden. Pluck fresh limes and rosemary, or bask in the serene ambiance. This space is ideal for relaxation, social gatherings, or a friendly competition with one of the many board games provided.
BEDROOM. Drift into blissful sleep on our Beautyrest memory foam mattresses, praised in our reviews. Wrapped in organic linens from Quince and offering garden views, it's a haven for rest and rejuvenation.
SPA BATHROOM. Indulge in our eco-friendly spa bathroom. Luxurious, toxin-free essentials from Public Goods ensure a pampering experience after a day of Santa Barbara adventures.
PATIO & GARDEN. Your private outdoor haven under a grand oak. It's perfect for quiet reflection or enjoying the local flora and fauna.
GUEST ACCESS. Guests have unlimited access to the entire apartment through a dedicated private entrance. For your convenience, There is also 24/7 access to a full-sized washer and dryer through the garage side door, a few steps from your front entrance, making laundry a breeze during your stay.
PARKING. Your stay also includes two (2) free parking spots on the street (Encore Drive specifically). If you have an oversized vehicle please let us know so we can accommodate.
EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS. When possible, for a fee.
WANT FRESH EGGS. There are 8 friendly chickens on the property our 4-year-old takes care of and offers their freshly laid eggs to our guests for a reasonable fee. All proceeds go to his "Toys & Adventures" fund.
GEAR RENTALS. We also have gear available to rent for our guests who wish to travel light. Please enquire about our additional baby/kids gear rentals separately. We'd love to assist you!
MINI BAR. Arrive late and hungry or don't feel like leaving our oasis? We've got you covered! We love to delight our guests with thoughtfully curated items in our mini bar featuring local treats, beverages, and essentials.
CREATIVITY, MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT. Discover our meditation & art coloring corner. With quality coloring pencils, inspiring books, and an acoustic guitar, it's a space to unwind and tap into your creative side. Our record player and diverse music collection set the tone for memorable evenings. Musicians will love the jam session corner with a guitar, ukulele, and sheet music library.
