A beautiful custom home with Pool And Jacuzzi. Located in a quiet and well-landscaped neighborhood. Light and bright with an excellent floor plan and beautiful high ceilingsOrangeburg. The home features large windows and fully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The private yard with custom sparkling pool and spa. Centrally located and highly convenient to the 15 & 56 freeways, local dining, shopping, hiking/biking, trails.
* 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 1 bedroom/office downstairs with a futon sofa bed and a hallway half bathroom. 3 bedrooms upstairs: Master bedroom with a King bed and a walk in bath. The other 2 bedrooms with Queen beds sharing one full bathroom.
* Gas grill in the backyard for BBQ
* Private swimming pool and a hot tub
* Washer and Dryer inside home for your convenience
* Kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils.
*2 car garage with plenty of additional driveway/street parking.
* Very quiet community, Parties and Events are not permitted.
*POOL and SPA:
Spa can be reasonably heated and no charge to heat it for 3 hours per day up to three times a week. Spa and pool use are monitored during your stay and you should contact the host to turn on and off the equipment remotely. To fail to do so will result in us having to assess additional charges and security deposit forfeiture.
Pool heating is an additional $200 per day.
The pool and spa are surrounded by gates. Adults must ensure safety for their kids by always being present and attentive. Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
