This bright and spacious home features crown molding throughout and an open floor plan. Enjoy a large kitchen with granite countertops, custom cherry cabinetry and a peninsula with built-in wine and beverage refrigerators. It is fully equipped with modern appliances and all of the necessary culinary items needed for cooking and dining at home. There is even a built-in space for work if you just cannot leave the office behind.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will enjoy a spacious living room with a gas-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and air conditioning (which can be very difficult to find in Santa Barbara).
