Spacious house for 6 (+2) people in a quiet location in Pula. The house is newly renovated and equipped with everything you need. The building is divided into two floors. Each floor has its own kitchen and living room. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and the center of Pula by car. In addition to the spacious house, the building is adorned with a large yard with various flowers and a swimming pool with outdoor kitchen. Shops and restaurants are within 500 meters of the house.
The house is divided into two floors. On the first lower floor there is a large living room with a new kitchen and dining room. Bedroom with double bed (wardrobe, king size bed) and bathroom (bathtub, washing machine).The living room and bedroom have their own terrace.
On the second floor, there is a bigger living room with a balcony, kitchen, and dining room. Two bedrooms with double bed (wardrobe, king size bed) and shared balcony. One large bathroom ( bathtub, bidet) and one toilet ( washing machine). The house has a private parking for 3 cars and an electric gate. On the other side of the house, there is a beautiful fenced green garden with a private pool (6 deck chairs, 2 parasols) and an outdoor kitchen (outdoor grill, sink, gas stove, dining table).
Whole house 220 m2(with pool) and garden 600 m2 its ONLY for turist ( you do not share with anybody). Hole property is fenced ! #PRIVATEPROPERTY

Also Pula has huge coast with a lot of beaches from big rocks to small stones so you can cruise on boat, watch dolphins, visit National park Brijuni,kayak in cave and lot of fun water sports. For those who love to enjoy drinking wine, eating good cheese and proscutto you are at the right place. From our house to the city centar and to the beach its 5 minutes by car.
