PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED and it carries a fine of $800. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected.
The home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device and exterior cameras. Violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $350 fine.
The max occupancy of the home is 2 guests. No guests are allowed without written permission and may not stay overnight. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy.
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.
The cleaning fee at booking is a pass-through fee, meaning the entire cleaning fee goes to our cleaning team. We partner with the most impeccable cleaners in the area and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests. Should you require a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for an additional fee. Please provide advanced notice to your concierge.
Our properties are protected by Safely, a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. The name on the Safely application must be the name of the primary guest on the reservation.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and provide a valid credit card in the name that matches your ID.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. This is a State and City Law. Once completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

If any costs or damages, including but not limited to extra cleaning fees, unauthorized pool heat, or unauthorized pets, are discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after your stay, your credit card on file will be charged for said amounts. All charges will be subsequently followed by an email, which will break down the fees and damages. No charges will be processed without prior written notice.
There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy
will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. The property is
equipped with NOISE AWARE, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property
exceed the set limit. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed
after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet-friendly property (max 2 dogs, no cats) with prior authorization only, and a pet fee applies. Must clean up after your dog or incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.

The area is suburban in character and public transport is limited to two bus routes, one on Camelback Road and the other on 35th Avenue. The Camelback bus at least has high frequency of service (every 10 minutes) during rush hours.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. Any fines will be passed onto the guests. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Easy, fast, hassle free self check-in! Following a simple electronic signature, you will receive check-in information 1 hour prior to your stay, and will gain access to this space by utilizing the key pad on the front door.
Free street parking in the front of the main home.
To get from the main house to the casita, you will walk across a private paved
path dedicated for you that takes you to the side black gate. You will receive a keyless code the morning of arrival.

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.
Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.
