Summary: Great location for us near family. Nice neighborhood. Unfortunately this property had too many negatives. Landscaping was poor. Weeds front and back. Could easily improve property with patio furniture, landscaping and maintenance. Kitchen was nice looking though missing measuring cups, had only two dish towels and no cleaning supplies. Property manager did get us potato peeler, blender and a package of wipes to clean. All the pans and all pots except two were scratched teflon making them dangerous to use so we really didn’t cook at all. One bed was comfortable (recently replaced ) the other needs replacing. Only one garbage pail for two apartments which quickly filled when upstairs renters left leaving no room for our garbage. The last few days we could hear upstairs renters from downstairs flat when they loudly came in after midnights waking us up each night. Bathroom small and needs updating. Shower nozzle kept falling off wall though manager was able to repair after 6 days. Living room/ dining area looked much bigger in photos. In reality we barely had enough room to navigate around table. Washing machine and drier were same unit and regular drying cycle was 3 1/2 hours of loud noise. Property could be nicer if better maintained. All in all we would not rent property again.
