Summary: The house is spacious and well-equipped for both work & play. Top-floor living space is wonderful for both. I stayed there for 3 mos., mostly alone, but host was very generous in supplying extra sheets & towels for my occasional guests. Virginia at Xisca Coll was always very responsive and helpful.The location is perfect; quiet street but a minimal walk to the town square. Guests s/b aware that half the staircase treads are glass; this was fine for me, but anyone w/a fear of heights or vertigo might be put off. Hot-water supply for back-to-back or simultaneous showers is limited & requires some scheduling/coordination. House is naturally cool in the winter & early spring but the heaters on each floor work well. A great find.
