Il est idéalement situé en bas du centre-ville de Poitiers, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires à votre court séjour ! Il est composé d'une entrée avec des escaliers qui vous emmène à la pièce principale spacieuse et très lumineuse. Elle se sépare en plusieurs espaces distincts, le coin nuit avec TV, l'espace cuisine avec une table pour manger et un espace de travail. Il dispose également d'une salle d'eau neuve et moderne avec douche et machine à laver.
