When you step into our home you immediately see the floor to ceiling windows displaying the lake views! The first living space offers cozy seating, a large Smart TV, a gas fireplace, a spacious dining table, open concept fully stocked kitchen, an office area, and access to the top patio space. Head down the stairs for another living space - complete with views, a pool table, a video game machine, and another couch and Smart TV!
When it's time to go to sleep choose between:
(1) On the main level there is a primary suite with a King bed, Smart TV, patio access, and large and private bathroom with a huge soaking tub and shower.
(2) Downstairs is bedroom 2 with a King bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Downstairs is bedroom 3 with a King bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(4) In the downstairs game room there are 2 Twin bunk beds and a Queen-size pull-out couch. Perfect for the kids!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located on a street with nearby neighboring houses. Beaver Lake is visible from the property but there is no direct access as the walk is too steep. Closest water access is Prairie Creek Bridge - just over a mile away!
Getting Around:
A quick drive to access all the amenities of Prairie Creek Marina and Beaver Lake. Just a short drive to Downtown Rogers.
Other Things to Note:
★ There is no lake access, but you have views of Beaver Lake. The closest boat ramps are located at Highway 12 Bridge and Prairie Creek Marina.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
