.Coco's Cottage is centrally located within 20 minutes of just about everything available in the Verde Valley, including Jerome and Sedona. We are about a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk, or 10-minute bicycle ride to Old Town Cottonwood. Our home was originally built in 1914 and has some of its original charm as well as many modern upgrades. We just know you will love the warm and inviting old mixed with new cottage experience.

Summary: They really go all out to make your stay comfortable. From the cute balloons with a welcome message, the homemade cookies which are delicious, to most gracious complimentary bottle of local wine; these owners are by far the reason vbro exists, a perfect example. My wife and I were completely comfortable in their extremely clean home. It's a family home of detail, craftmanship, that shows its truly loved by the owners. The home somehow makes you feel like you want to care for it yourself. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. Great location; traveling to Jerome, Sedona, and or Verde Valley is ideal here, low traffic volumes along the major roads. Small town Cottonwood is a jem, which is right next to this home. The food there is outstanding with many options. We would reserve here again on our next vacation if available. We are very grateful to the owners trusting their home with us. Thank you.
