As a precaution, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive conviviality" - such as parties, loud music and other exuberant celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors - you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to read §12 of our terms and conditions ()!
No rental to pure party clubs, stag parties, "social" sports clubs, groups of twenty-somethings under 30!

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.
Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!
Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 90€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 45€
- 7 for 6 nights: When booking 7 nights, we only charge 6 nights in most seasons (except (public) holidays and events)
Note:
For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.
- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 3 per person per day for people aged 15 and over
Deposit & payment conditions:
A general deposit of € 200 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
