Summary: Check in ok.. room ok. Bed sheet and towels with red stain.. would be better if they can double check before placing them in the room. The bathroom sink is clogged, which could have easily been unblocked with liquid-plumr when preparing the room by your maintenace or housekeeping team.Breakfast was ok however on check in the front desk mentioned the breakfast is served before 7-10am but it was not the case its 7-9am on weekdays and 7-10am on weekdays. When i told the girl @ the front desk she mentioned she can do anything and was very rude .she had no manners and didnt know how to deal with a unsatisfied guest because of wrong infos from the office desk on checkin. she didnt even apologize for the misunderstandings.she walked away and continue to do what she was doing...I have been working in the hotels industry more for 10years and thats not the way to treat a guest who paid to get a service... i am.saying this phase to that front desk girl...ALWAYS REMEMBER WITHOUT GUEST HOTEL WOULD BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL HAVE NO JOB.. There is a say in english .. THE GUEST IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! i will not recommend this hotel.
