PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS RENTAL IS FOR ONE BEDROOM ONLY. THE PROPERTY IS SHARED WITH MYSELF, I AM THE OWNER.
An upstairs 2-bedroom/1-bath condo in Snell and Blossom Hill area of South San Jose. Condo community is patrolled by security.
Hosting ONLY with ONE private room, for 1-2 guests (4 guests max if two can share the bedroom and other 2 can share the futon bed in living room). Shared kitchen was remodeled in 2016. Fresh paint and new flooring throughout done during summer of 2018 for a very modern look.
Private room has its own window AC, mini-fridge, TV and its own door locks.
Condo will be shared with myself, I am the owner. I am fully vaccinated and take cleaning/disinfecting seriously. I tend to work most of the day and come home late. I usually go out on my off time as well.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: I own a very timid and shy cat named Don who sleeps in my room for most of the day/night.
