Summary: The house was very clean which is not an easy review to get from me, we very much appreciated that. I do feel the listing was a little inaccurate. The house is old and has had some updates but there is no central heat in the basement. We stayed in January and it was a cold weekend, my husband and I slept in the basement and it was FREEZING even with the pioneer room heater running in the main living space, it is not enough to heat the basement. The downstairs shower did not drain causing the bathroom to flood every time someone took a 5 min shower. The heat upstairs was great but if you have the bathroom door shut and the heat is on be prepared to get hot bc there is no exhaust fan (in either bathroom). We liked the location as it was fairly close to the fairgrounds and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
