Positive: I love a newly renovated hotel and have stayed here many times since the renovation. It’s immaculate and lovely staff

Negative: I didn’t appreciate the disabled room right at the back as we aren’t disabled. I believe you would upgrade someone who has stayed so many times as an incentive.
