Summary: Positive: Hotel location was great. Negative: Hotel AC was poorly designed. They had to bring a fan to keep our room cool. They initially tried to switch us to a room what they say “upgraded” but it was clearly a downgrade. The hotel staff was friendly. However, we left the place with missing pair of shoe. I had a shoe that I had when we checked in and had proof of it. Set it aside because it was hot and wore sandals the whole time. At the end of our trip it was no longer where I’ve placed it. They said they’ve done their best but how can you explain something missing. The shoe was only 2 weeks old Oncloud so it was still in great condition. Luckily my husband was always good in locking are jewelry and electronics. We booked this stay with other family friend. I would say it was average. You have to keep up with the hours snack location is open. The waterslide hours was also limited which was disappointing for our kids. It could possibly that they had limited staff and they just rotate. We have stayed in all inclusive resorts in Mallorca, Croatia, and Greece and this probably our least favorite.
