Summary: I am under the impression that they just rented this property out to soon. There were no lights in the bedrooms, the guest room has a blow up bed on the floor (which I was given a heads up a about, unaware it was a very cheap camping style inflatable), the couch was damaged and the other couch didn't recline (either not plugged in or buttons don't work). The showers are original with stained pans and stuck doors. Toilet seat in master was stained with what I do not know. Check in was suppose to be at 1:00pm and was moved to 3:00pm at around 12:45pm. The address sent to me via VRBO was incorrect so I went to the wrong address before contacting property manager for check in. Master king size bed was nice and has 2 giant TVs. No info on how to check out so I did not know where to put key if I were to lock the door and leave. Definitely not worth over $100 a night. As a property manager myself, I would have finished updates and repairs (lamps in bedrooms, a real bed in the guest room, replacing stained toilet seats, etc.) before renting this property out, especially for the price paid.
