The split-level villa features a total of 4 modernly furnished bedrooms equipped with king-size beds, as well as 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each room has its own terrace with sea view. The open concept ground floor features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen connected with the dining room, a modern living room with designer furniture and fire place, as well as a small washroom. In terms of interior design, a special emphasis is placed on natural materials, muted colour palette, and minimalist design. The living room extends onto a deck which features a swimming pool (6x5 m) with an outdoor shower, loungers, a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
