Recently completed renovations provide enhanced brightness with the addition of a wall of French doors opening to the backyard and allowing sunlight to flood the communal living space. The newly completed screened-in porch is perfect for summer dinner parties and leads to the fenced-in heated pool and well manicured lawn. This bright and well-maintained home offers three bedrooms on the 2nd floor (including master and two guest rooms) and two and one-half baths, with a brand new marble master bathroom, complete with separate tub and sit-in shower. On the first floor there is also a den which could serve as a fourth bedroom with its pull-out couch, eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and living room with all new furniture, a 55-inch flat screen TV and a fireplace. The recently finished basement offers additional recreation space with a wet bar, a 60-inch TV and sofa bed. This home also offers central air and is a 0.3-mile distance to a smallbeach and boat landing at the end of Hands Creek Rd and into Three Mile Harbor in the Northwest Woods. Families preferred, but groups will be considered upon further disclosure. Safety fence for young children surrounding the pool is available for an additional fee of $650. No pets please.

Summary: Great location and great home. My wife and two boys (9 and 12) have been spending a week in the Hamptons on and off for almost 10 years. We have had a great vacation or two with a place near Shinnecock Hills and a not as great vacation in a place nearer to Southampton. We decided to try East Hampton/Springs for the first time and we cannot say enough good things. Great house, great location. We got to try out paddleboarding on Three Mile Harbor as well as a fire on Sammy's Beach with smores with the kids. Plus everything at the home was great. Highly recommend.
