Located in a rural area in Coshocton County Ohio, amoungst the beautiful rolling hills. We are located 10 minutes away from the historic town of Roscoe Village, with many shops. The city of Coshocton has many great restraunts, just 5 miles away. There are also several wineries in the area. Amish country is very popular when visiting the area and is just a 30-minute drive away. We are also surrounded by the Woodbury wildlife area that offers a vast amount of outdoor activities. Large single level home surrounded by beautiful rolling hills in a quiet rural setting. There are 4 bedrooms with multiple sized beds and 2 full bathrooms. A large eat in kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and electric cook top. The living room has 5 large recliners and satellite TV. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The side patio is covered and has a propane bbq grill and picnic table for use. Due to our location, the cell phone signal is a little sketchy at times. We do not have wifi. Since the home is located in a rural setting, bugs/pests and wild animals are common. The driveway is gravel and a little steep, so just be aware. We also have a 4br home and a cabin available for rent at the neighboring property if traveling with a group. They are not listed on airbnb.
