You will get the true mountain experience at our rental nestled on 2 acres with beautiful views of the mountains and Reinecker Ridge. 13 miles from downtown Fairplay to enjoy a drink and dinner in town. Come back to this custom built home with cozy wood accents, relax by the fire or listen from any of the 3 decks to the coyotes howl. This 1,500 sq ft home sleeps 6 very comfortably with all new memory foam mattresses. 45 minutes to some of the world's best ski resorts & towns! We're dog friendly!
Our property is truly unique. The basement is locked and has a separate, out of site entrance for the live in property manager and his wife. Concierge service is included in your stay! We offer help with luggage, Planning your trip and even shopping for your groceries. This is just one of the ways that we strive to give you the truly VIP luxury service you deserve.

Our place offers retreat style amenities including rustic decor, plush towels, comfortable beds, a complimentary bottle of wine and high speed internet! Light a fire in the wood stove and enjoy the crackle and natural heat after a long day outside.
Large great room that encompasses living room, dining for 6 and kitchen areas. Enjoy the awesome open floor plan with 24 ft vaulted ceilings. Relax on the cozy couches and watch over 70 channels with AT&T TV. You can also sign into any of your favorite streaming apps on the Roku. A DVD player is also available to you. Play your favorite song on the Vizio sound bar and have a dance party. The kitchen has all the things you need to make that lovely family meal or fancy dinner for friends. Try out our coffee bar and work on your barista skills.
Master Bedroom/ Bath - 1 very comfortable king bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress, electric fireplace for heat and ambience and TV with Chromecast. A closet with upgraded storage drawers and shelfs. On suite master bathroom with 2 large vessel sinks and 2 shower heads.
Loft Area with 3 beds and a great work space! 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. All are comfortable memory foam mattresses. If you do have to work while at our mountain retreat there is a decent sized desk for you to use with high speed wi-fi and ethernet. Bring a book or borrow one of ours and lounge in the reading nook. Make memories and enjoy the many board games we have provided. Most importantly, take in the beautiful scenery with a cup of coffee or tea on any of the 3 decks.
There is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer for you to use.
Enjoy the large fenced in outdoor area. There is a grill for you to use, patio table for six and a huge outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating. The fire pit uses a propane insert. Do not create a real fire! Park county does not allow outdoor fires at rental properties. Only propane is allowed!
4x4 or AWD (all wheel drive) are required in winter.
Close to 14ers Democrat, Lincoln, Cameron, Bross, Sherman, Quandary and the Collegiate Peaks. World class skiing and snowboarding at Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper and Monarch Mountain & Mount Princeton Hot Springs.
