Summary: This property was perfect for our stay for my adult son’s surgery at Mayo. He and his wife had privacy in the downstairs “suite” - 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and I had a nice getaway place upstairs in a very large bedroom and bathroom. Lots of room all around. Kitchen was well appointed, everything we needed. Washer/dryer was great to have since we were there for 2 weeks+. Weather was unseasonably warm so we could walk a lot - you could even walk to Mayo Clinic. Pretty park nearby with walking trails. Coffee shop and restaurants also walking distance. House even has a piano! Highly recommend this property.
