Summary: Generally I found this place to be nice the bed was nice the bathroom was nice and the kitchen was nice the appliances worked well the kitchen was sorely lacking equipment if you wanted to truly cook there they need a paring knife a colander oven mits, more kitchen hand towels And hand soap would be nice in the kitchenJust to name a few things. Also they needed a bathmat in the bathtub because I almost slipped and fell. That’s should be addressed immediately. Also I think the lock on the apartment door is very finicky. I think that should be checked too sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not for several tries. I also would warn people that this is a pretty loud location during the day but at night I think it was fine. The bedding was wonderful the TV was wonderful the heating and air was perfect I felt a little allergic so I’m wondering if the filter in the air conditioning unit Needsto be changed. The location is wonderful easy access to restaurants nice stores not really a big grocery store nearby but Rittenhouse Square and the market is 10 minute walk
