Summary: When we arrived, our first encounter was with the live-in property manager. However, he doesn't speak any English just Russian. So, he had to call the owner, Nina, who immediately started talking to us in an negative manner on the phone. We quickly called Vrbo and resolved that issue. Next, we finally get into the apartment. The description and pics DO NOT properly reflect the apartment. I live in NYC and we are use to smaller and more dingy spaces like that. So, It's literally just a place to sleep. NTM, there NO towels, NO sheets, NO dishes and silverware; dirty mattress with cuts on them; the stove was dirty, outdated, and didn't work properly, etc. The worst part was that they working on the building and performing construction the entire time we stayed there. The construction matters and equipment were left out and scattered around the premise the entire time we were there. The entire time, each time, we walked out of the door there was some construction materials left right in front of the door.
