This charming single family home is located in the popular and walkable Sloan's Lake neighborhood. Featuring renovations throughout and a fully fenced and private back yard, this home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. We will provide one complimentary in-stay clean and we are also pet friendly! Please inquire for pet accommodation fee and details.
The Space:
Inside, our home includes a work desk, strong wifi, new furnishings, dining seating for four, two bedrooms with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a grill.
Other Things to Note:
There is no smoking allowed inside the property of any kind.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per month. Please inquire about multiple pets and multiple month stays.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy.
