Come relax at this cozy boho escape – your home away from home. Located on the edge of Aurora right next to Denver in one of the most central areas of the city. Great access to shopping, entertainment & dining. Easy access to I-225 off Mississippi where you are a 15-20 min drive to downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center and major hospitals (Aurora Medical Center, University of Colorado Anschutz medical centers).
The space
Private, quiet and large 2 bedroom/1 full bathroom apartment in multifamily property. Open concept kitchen, living & dining room area for guests to hangout and entertain. This fully equipped & stocked getaway is perfect for friends, couples or FAMILIES. Enjoy high speed internet and the peace of mind that comes with a Ring alarm system that you can control from your phone!

You have access to this 2 bed/1 bath apartment within a Multifamily property.
NOTE 1: We are currently in the process of renovating the front and backyard to match the indoor oasis we have created for our guests. As such please excuse the aesthetic at the front of the house and access to the backyard is not allowed at this time.
NOTE 2: There are security camera's in the main entrance/lobby area, on top of the garage, two in the back facing the backyard and a ring door bell. Their purpose is NOT to watch you but to protect the property and neighborhood by discouraging violations of the house rules.

Summary: Murwa was extremely helpful. We ended up staying a few extra days when a snowstorm hit, and she was very accommodating! It was especially nice having a garage to park in.
