Executive Lake Norman Water Front Escape! Home away from home! Cozy and clean, bottom floor, walk-out, newly remodeled lakefront condo in quaint Davidson, NC. Quiet neighborhood just steps from North Harbor Club Restaurant (amazing food!) the Cabin (classy bar with live music on the weekends) and the Cottage (Wine bar with sunset seating) Freedom boat club is right outside the backyard with boat and paddle board rentals available daily. Five minutes drive to Davidson College and Lowes Corporate. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of towels and linens for your extended stay. Ceiling fan in each bedroom. Tons of closet space. Electric grill on patio. Washer and dryer in unit. 2 close/easy parking spaces, with overflow parking close by, intimate salt water pool just off the back porch, wood-burning fireplace. 850 square ft. Utilities include high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash, and smart televisions in every room. Short-term renters only, please. Length of term flexible. Message for availability. Corporate, weekly, and nightly rentals available. Minimum 3 nights stay.
Please note: this home does not allow pets of any kind, including service animals. This rental is also a private family's vacation home and there is a family member with life threatening allergies. Thankfully the ADA has made accommodations for private renters with this scenario so that we can still share our home with you.
