New construction 2 Bed 1 Bath Modern Hidden Gem! This Guesthouse has its own private yard, entrance & driveway. At just under 600sqft, No stone was left un-turned when Designing this space. This open concept Home features a living area with a Sleeper Sofa, 50" Roku TV, 4 chair dining table, A Remote controlled AC & Heat system. Full Kitchen with Microwave, Oven, Fridge & Washer/Dryer. Full Bathroom with Tub & Shower. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed & the other w 2 twin beds. This Modern Hideout will provide guests absolute privacy during their stay. The driveway is located off of a private alleyway where you will enter a gate to the secluded yard. Once inside you will be met with a combo door lock to enter the Home. Upon entry into the home you will be able to Relax, connect to WIFI and watch the Roku TV. Please also take a look at our Welcome Book for great local Food options, Entertainment & other Information. I am available at anytime throughout your stay to answer questions or help out. You will have my Email and Direct Phone Number for communication during your stay. The Modern Hideout is minutes from Old Town La Verne where you will find a variety of great Food options. Weather you are looking for a quick bite, A Coffee, A cocktail or more of a sit down restaurant, all of these options are available here. This Home is also minutes away from the University of La Verne & the LA County Fairgrounds. A few personal recommendations for Food would be Wearhouse Pizza, El Merendero ( Mexican Food), Cafe X2O (Mediterranean Food), Caffe Allegro ( Italian Cuisine), Lordsburg Taphouse (Bar Food & Live Music) This location is very public transportation friendly. Uber and Lyft are an easy choice and are always in the area. The Bus stop is less than 1/2 mile away. The Metrolink Train is also an option and is less than 2 Miles away as well.
