I woke up this morning to 3 deer looking out from the trees behind my house! It made me wonder, “Where else can you live in a vibrant, active community completely surrounded by wildlife of all types, beautiful trees that are starting to get their spring color, and amazing quiet?” Our gates provide security. The critters remind us that there’s so much more to life than freeways and buildings everywhere you look. And the tall trees are a reminder that urban sprawl is “there”, not “here”. Yet there’s an endless list of things to do here – 9 golf course, 11 lakes for boating and fishing, pickleball and tennis courts, a performing arts center offering . My personal home is furnished with everything you would need. Beautiful pond surrounded by flowers. Frog croaking and romantic night lights twinkle. Relax and a large outdoor sofa. Fire pit to have s’mores. BQ to grill your burgers and dogs. It feels like camping in the wilderness. We have kayaks that you can enjoy on the nearby lakes. We have an indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool for a fee. We have a large community center close by Great Gym for fee. They honor silver sneakers . There are beautiful walking trails and a park for kids for free mini golf. We will Provide the golf clubs and fishing poles. Please take care of our gifts for you to use.

Summary: We came for our daughters National Championship in Hot Springs and it was an amazing location and didn't seem like it was a far drive we got to enjoy the country and the city. The house was extremely comfortable and felt very homey. It was clean and such a beautiful home. Diane checked in with us and asked us if we needed anything multiple times throughout the week. We would love to book this location again when we come back to Hot Springs Location.
