Located on a quiet dead-end street, just a couple blocks from the main street in Spearfish full of great restaurants, breweries, festivals, events, and more! You're also just a short walk over to the city park in Spearfish where there's year-round festivals including the very popular Dakota 5-0 mountain bike race! You'll even be just a short drive from Black Hills State University for some great football and basketball games! You can also be enjoying a great hike, or the wonderful waterfalls in Spearfish Canyon within minutes! Historic Deadwood is just 15 minutes away as well full of great concerts, nightlife and festivals!
The loft has a longer driveway great for parking a truck/trailer with an ATV or two, and leads back into a private setting away from any main roads. It boasts an open floor plan with the kitchen, living, and dining area all open which works out great for entertaining! There's 3 total bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms all on one level.
