Clean, cozy, completely updated home with brand new modern furniture, just one block from Mayo Clinic Saint Marys Hospital, maximal a few minutes walk to Saint Marys hospital, restaurants and grocery stores. There is constant free Mayo inter-campus shuttle service from Saint Marys hospital to all other downtown Mayo buildings.
All rooms and living space are on main floor with beautiful refined hardwood floor. Two spacious bedrooms are equipped with brand-new high-quality mattresses, one king size and one queen size, as well as luxury-feeling bedding and over-bed table. One additional large room connecting to the master bedroom is currently serving as an office, with the option of using it as a third bedroom that can accommodate extra-long full-size bed (a high-quality bed available on property). One updated modern-style full bathroom with plenty clean towels.
Cozy living room has two sitting areas with cable and TV in addition to high-speed internet with wireless connection. Adorable dining room to enjoy meals with family with all sizes of dinning wares and cups equipped. Full facility kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook for meals, including coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, blender, instant pot, rice cooker and all kids of pots and pans in high quality brand.
There is an additional beautiful bright spacious sun-room with comfortable sitting for relaxation and gas oven to keep warm. Large fenced yard with kids play area.
UVC air sanitizer system was installed in the ventilation system to kill 99.9% germs and virus to keep the air in the house clean, produce friendly environment to allergy and low immune system.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement, which can also accommodate additional storage.
