Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This is a great size and wonderful location. It’s got everything you need in the kitchen as far as tools and utensils but no provided coffee. The place did feel clean and newly renovated.

Negative: For our stay the space still had unfinished and incomplete areas. Fireplace not usable not yet fully installed. Sauna room had many storage items so not usable. Pool table missing balls to play. There were some ants around the condo I assume from new wood. The linens were different process than we are used to, two bags full for us to sort out at front door, that may be a Beito village thing. We saw access to indoor spa/ pool on the booking description but that is really a walk across the street and gaining access pass through the resort/ Radisson Blu which was unavailable to us because they were overwhelmed with winter fest guests. I would recommend that be better described. We had a rough start because the address on email was incorrect and when we couldn’t reach POC number we realized to try what’s app which worked. There needs to be correct and better details that’s it’s condo B with 50 on the door. We never did receive a response for a WiFi PW. No house instructions provided. It was the highest priced so we felt there would have been clearer details given and less amenities insinuations when not available. Def WiFi and welcome pkg and warning of no coffee so we could plan to have it with us would have been appreciated for us coming in never been to this area.
