My home is close to Amtrak in Rensselaer and the City of Albany's arts and culture. You’ll love my place because of it's centralized location and ease of access to major highways, getting you out to shopping, dining and parks or back on the road.
Enjoy private sitting area with comfy couch & 50" TV w/ Roku & dinning/work table & chairs & mini fridges and microwave. Private Bathroom.
The cozy at home feeling you will have in my home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The space
Cozy all year long with A/C and heat controlled by you to your comfort level. The private bathroom attached to the room gives an extra level of privacy and convenience. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four guest.

The bathroom, dining area and living room area in your Studio in the lower wing are private to you. There is also a large back deck area you are welcome to share and where we kindly ask that if you smoke you would please do so there.
Other things to note
I think this is mentioned elsewhere, my Studio is on the second floor of my building. There are landings about every 10 steps if you need to pause.
