Chill out under the stars on our quaint farm cottage w/ a view of Jerome. We are just 2-3 miles from the most fantastic wineries in Page Springs, at least four wineries within a 5 minute drive. Whether you spend your days at local art galleries, wine tastings, kayaking on the river, hiking in Sedona or exploring the charm of old town Cottonwood or Jerome, you will come home to the peace and quiet of this beautiful place. Discover the magic of rural Verde Valley!
Relax on our small, working family farm where you may get to see horses, goats, pigs, donkeys, cows, alpacas, and more animals on the property. Enjoy several local wineries starting within a mile of the cottage on Page Springs Road. Hiking, trail and road cycling can start a drive or walk out the door. Drive 15-20 minutes into West Sedona for great trail in the red rocks of Sedona. Jerome only 30 mins, Cottonwood only 10 mins. Most central location in the Verde Valley. Take a ride on the train to the Grand Canyon from Clarkdale too!
Please note: this is a working, rural farm. If you are not comfortable with nature and natural world, PLEASE do not book this property. We have lots of wildlife who visit us (otters, beavers, deer, mountain lions, javelina, bobcats, cows, cats, horses, dogs, goats, sheep, squirrels, etc). We are on irrigation and are organic and sustainable so you may see bugs. In the summer, mosquitoes are around as they are near any body of water. If you leave doors open, they may come inside (please keep doors closed during summer rainy season especially)! You are booking this property for the purpose of being somewhere unique and beautiful and pristine with quiet night skies, away from the busy-ness of tourists and chaos but close enough for a short drive to those locations!
It's quiet, beautiful, full of magnificent trees, bare in winter but beautiful nonetheless, and magical. Look and you will see and feel that magic! :)
